I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Beijing Zhongguancun during my business trip, and overall the experience was comfortable, though with some areas for improvement. The hotel is well-located for business purposes in Beijing’s Zhongguancun district. The rooms are spacious, clean, and provide a relaxing environment after a long working day, making it a good choice for business travelers. The staff are polite and courteous, and they try their best to assist whenever needed. However, as an IHG Hotels & Resorts Diamond Elite member, I felt that the recognition was quite limited. There was no proper welcome or acknowledgment of elite status, which was somewhat disappointing compared to expectations from an IHG property. Additionally, for Indian travelers, there may be a slight language barrier when communicating specific requests. While the staff are helpful, smoother communication would further enhance the experience. Overall, it is a good hotel for business stays with spacious rooms and polite staff, but there is scope for improvement in elite member recognition and guest engagement.

Kudos to Wang Xiaobo and Joseph Du for being very polite and helpful. Made great impression for the hotel. Appreciate also the ladies who assist us during our breakfast at the hotel.
