A Beautiful Stay at NUO Hotel Beijing — Exceptional Service & Kindness This was my second time staying at NUO Hotel Beijing. My first visit was back in 2019, and coming back again after so many years made this stay especially meaningful. ❤️ From the moment we arrived, I was truly impressed by the kindness, warmth, and wonderful service mindset of every member of the NUO team. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and I would also like to give my sincere appreciation to everyone working behind the scenes — the room cleaning team, dining room staff, and all the staff in the fitness and wellness areas. Every interaction made us feel genuinely cared for and welcomed. I would especially like to thank Cassandra, who helped me with something very important to me — keeping my gift safely in the right place. She handled everything so professionally, carefully, and efficiently. I was genuinely impressed by her attention to detail and wonderful service. Thank you, Cassandra! ❤️ What made this stay even more special was that I was able to experience Beijing together with my parents and my son. It became a very precious family memory, and I know I will remember our beautiful time at NUO Hotel for a long time. I will definitely share our wonderful experience with my family and friends in both Canada and Korea. It is not only the beautiful hotel itself, but especially the people who make a stay truly memorable — and NUO has such wonderful people. The hall is impressive, interior with replicas of various interesting Chinese objects. Breakfast is good. Omelette optional, porridge, fruit, all of them. Sookie. It's a good room. Lived on the 20th floor: quiet. There's a swimming pool, a sauna: neither one liked it.

My wife and I stayed in the NUO Club rooms, and the hotel was absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed, starting from the cleanliness and the atmosphere of the room, and with absolutely the best service and very kind people both front desk and the concierge. I would highly recommend a stay in here, and if ever back in Beijing, would be my go to hotel definnitely.
