Sunjoy Hotel Beijing

Stayed here twice over the last six months. Is a simple basic hotel. Do not expect much. Location is the only good thing, located 15 min walk to silk street mall. Opposite the hotel there is this 24 hour eatery place that serve pretty good food.

It was o. K. For me to stayed overnight here. I went to Beijing alone for the first time. It easy to booked the hotel by trip advisor and it cheapest price. The hotel is not to far from subway at jiangaomen walk just 10 minutes. But a bit far from tourist attraction. The hotel room was a bit small and old but facilities was OK. If you wanna stay overnight only 1-2nights. Around there had 7-11, small restaurant and garden. Also close to the embassy.

I have used this hotel on a regular basis as its close to my office. They say you get what you pay for, and this is a very true phrase here. The price reflects the quality of the hotel in general, low quality cold service at reception, old decoration, worn out bedsheets (complete with stains and holes). The hotel is dirty and there is always a stale smoke smell throughout the rooms on the 4th and 5th floor.
