Winterless Hotel Beijing

The room is clean, big, luxury, comfortable, many lifts, the location is center, near THE PLACE and CCTV Building, Beijing not use cash much, they use QR code, very nice city. But i think the people there not speak English much @@ the breakfast morning is good but im sorry not my favourite, i think they not use salt for dishes, so i remember bring salt next time to visit China, also before going to Beijing, you should download wechat to your phone, because you can use wechat account to get free password wifi at airport or buy a sim there, no other choice :)

I was here for three nights. The hotel is reflecting the stars as presented. Really good position, Tiananmen square is far only four subways stops (Line 1). I have to highlight that the room, at the second floor where the breakfast was served, was with a real dirty moquette. For us, poor European people, should be fork and knives..... but mostly ENGLISH LANGUAGE. On 2018 there are still hotels with employees not speaking basic English?!?!? In general it’s a good one but don’t forget a dictionary.

This is a good hotel for value and in a convenient location for both business and tourist visitors. I have travelled extensively in China for business so was familair with Chinese style hotels so no big surprises. The most important improvement this hotel MUST make is to have at least one staff member on the front desk who is pleasant and can converse in english. The shopping center and coffee shops (a stones thow away ) across the street have oddles of bilingual staff so can,t imagine it is difficult to find young people to staff the front desk. Stayed for almost 2 weeks and no one could communicate with me and this became a huge problem when the fuses in my room blew out and when I locked myself out of my room one night. The other issue.......bed too hard...much harder than other chinese hotels i have stayed at...sheets on plywood. You will need to sleep on the pillows.
