The best hotel, very good treatment!

Really convenient and comfortable hotel. Our stay was incredibly memorable due to multiple facts: - Early checking in at around noon. Reception staff were super attentive and spoke perfect English - Breakfast buffet included was really convenient from 6.30am. Food was great - Room was big and bed super comfortable with multiple pillows. No sound from other rooms or the corridor - Sanlitun shops and restaurants are 15 minute walk away - Jngzun restaurant specialised in Peking duck right in front of hotel A final big shout out to Ben Chen and Lancy for shipping the medicines I had left at the room's fridge. They reached out to me and sent the medicines to the hotel I was staying in in Shanghai 2 days later. They really went above and beyond here and I'm deeply grateful!

They checked into the hotel right away, apparently there were rooms. They gave me 2 keys, which is convenient. Located well, nearby many cafes and shopping malls, metro stations, most attractions are close. You can take the subway or bus. The staff speak English. Breakfasts are monotonous, but decent, soups of 3 types (I liked beef with rice noodles), a variety of side dishes, fruit (watermelon, melon, pineapple, apples), for meat sausages and ham. There's yogurt in the fridge, you can have breakfast with milk. Coffee beans from the coffee machine. At reception, you can drink coffee beans at any time. Room air conditioning, safe, fridge. Attached are razors, toothbrushes, extraction sticks, combs. Water is not greedy, 4 0.5 bottles per room, can be taken at breakfast or reception still. Cleaning every day. The reception had no problem replenishing Alipay for cash yuan.
