Jia Long Sunny Hotel

When i visit i stay in this hotel for quick one night or two night stay. Simple room, restuarant have chinese food only , clean. their business suit is good It is on 2nd road, near to rlt station and centre

After calling the hotel to confirm a late arrival and to hear that staff will be available after normal check-in hours, I thought this would be a great stay. Upon arrival, I was placed into a room more than 300 meters from the lobby in a rather deserted area of the hotel complex. Although I requested a queen sized bed on my reservation and was told there was free WiFi available, neither was as such. There is no WiFi available anywhere in the building I was led to. The first room I was shown had two twin beds, in which I explained to the manager (Allen-who tried his best to accommodate), and was led 10 minutes later to another room down the hall. This was apparently enough time to push two twin beds together and put a queen sized comforter over them, which I realized after going to sleep. VERY SNEAKY! I paid for 4 nights upon check-in, but I told the manager that I will cancel my booking online (had to use hotel computer due to lack of WiFi). In addition, I had to pay a higher price for the room that night than what was advertised on Booking.com.

Very reasonable price booked on line for a convenient location just opposite Chao Yang subway station across the street. Room condition is not very good bur fair enough for such a low price. Service standard should be improved especially the attitudes of the receptionists, they are not patient, not friendly and not in a manner to tackle with problem for customers.
