**Exceptional service at the Legendale Hotel Beijing** During our stay at the Legendale Hotel Beijing, we received excellent service and would especially like to thank **Caterina Caseti** and **Zhang Jie**. **Caterina** was extremely kind and attentive throughout our stay. She gave us very helpful advice on **what to visit, where to eat, and how to handle different needs we had within the hotel**. Her professionalism, availability, and warm manner made us feel very well looked after. We would also like to give special thanks to **Zhang Jie** from the massage/spa team. She provided me with several massage treatments, and I was extremely satisfied with her work. She is a **highly skilled, careful, and attentive professional**, as well as very kind at all times. Both of them contributed greatly to making our stay at the Legendale even more enjoyable. **Many thanks to Caterina and Zhang Jie for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent service. They are truly a great asset to the hotel.**

We had such a wonderful stay with our family at Beijing Legandale Hotel! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, elegant, stylish and full of charm. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the excellent service. The staff were so friendly, helpful and professional, always making sure that we felt comfortable and well taken care of, enough waterbox and perfect clean in the room. We had reserved a 108 m² apartment, and it was fantastic! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, elegant and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy our stay. Everything felt comfortable and well maintained. What really made our experience special was the combination of the beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and carefully service. It felt more like a home feeling, but with the luxury and comfort of a five-star hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Beijing Legandale Hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable and elegant place to stay in Beijing. We just left Beijing, and even though we’re IHG and Marriott Bonvoy members and usually stay at hotels within those brands, we decided to try Legendale Beijing because of its outstanding reputation and impressive architecture. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with elegant European-inspired architecture and interiors that make an impression the moment you walk into the lobby. The atmosphere feels luxurious, and the attention to detail is evident throughout the property. Our room was very spacious, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. Cleanliness was impeccable and met the highest standards. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of both Asian and international dishes, making it almost impossible not to find something you’ll enjoy. Another absolute highlight was the spa, beautiful design, with sauna, (dry and wet), cold water bath and hot water bathtubs next to eachother, amazing design, hudge pool, great hours, (open til 11 pm), honestly one of the most beautiful spas we have seen in Asia and we have travelled Asia a lot. Another major advantage is the location. The hotel is situated in an excellent, upscale area with easy access to Beijing’s main attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be that some members of the staff speak very little, if any, English. That said, they were always polite, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help, which more than made up for the language barrier. Overall, Legendale Beijing is a truly exceptional hotel that combines elegance, comfort, and outstanding service in a remarkable way. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to choose it again when we return to Beijing—which we most certainly will.
