Great front desk staff that was attentive and polite. I had to keep extending my stay here due to travel plans changing and they were very accommodating. 温紫肜 and 小王 were especially great. Would recommend!

I was very disappointed with my stay. The staff does not speak English, which made communication very difficult. The rooms were in very poor condition and definitely not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel — at best, it should be rated 3 stars. On top of that, I was charged a lot of money for laundry services, and they even damaged my clothes. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Rooms were just okay, but the windows were filthy and the service felt cheap. The staff were unprofessional and dishonest — on two mornings I was refused breakfast despite a 1000 RMB deposit, so I eventually stopped going. At checkout they said everything was fine, but only refunded about one third. When our Chinese friends followed up, the hotel simply refused to respond. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing stay. Avoid this hotel.
