Loong Palace

I booked a room at Wyndham Beijing North through Booking.com, which explicitly listed specific amenities like a balcony and a jacuzzi. Upon arrival, I found out that these amenities were not available at all, and staff confirmed no rooms in the hotel feature them. When we brought this up, the solution offered was very unreasonable. We were offered a slightly more expensive room with a terrible view, while better available rooms were being held for potential future guests. Refusing a proper upgrade to make up for incorrect booking information was very disappointing. I expect much better service and accuracy from a hotel under the Wyndham brand.

It is a grand hotel with multiple buildings and comfortable rooms. Has a grand staircase and excellent customer service. Disappointing aspect are the poor state behind the scenes such as the pool area and changing rooms in desperate need of repairs/ renovations. The downstairs western restaurant is affordable but we had a bad experience with cold meals and very poor service. The bare lounges also staffed with learners and just overall uncomfortable in drink service

Very spacious rooms and hotel with many amenities. The breakfast offer is spacious and the staff friendly. The internet is not very good and can be somewhat noisy if the room is on the side of the avenue. It is good choice for business trip, close to the office. For leisure travel, it is quite far from the center and tourist areas.
