Even though the hotel is old, it is well maintained. We were given a warm welcome by the service staff upon arrival which really made our day. We stayed 4 nights and were very touched by one of the staff, Yue Long, who constantly demonstrated high level of professionalism in ensuring our stay was memorable. He greeted us enthusiastically every time we see him, regardless of day or night and went out of his way to offer us invaluable tips and advice for our activities which really warms our hearts. The cleaning staff were also friendly and thoughtful. Thank you!

Park Plaza Beijing is a perfect example of how outstanding management and a dedicated team can transform a good hotel into an exceptional guest experience. During our stay, we were genuinely impressed by the comfort, convenience, and guest-centric approach of the hotel. A few highlights deserve special mention: • Generous complimentary water: The hotel provides six half-litre bottles of drinking water daily without guests having to ask—a thoughtful gesture, especially during Beijing’s summer heat. • Excellent room comfort: Powerful air conditioning, premium-quality linen, plush towels, comfortable pillows, and perfectly functioning hot and cold showers ensured a relaxing stay. • Outstanding breakfast buffet: One of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced. The seating system is brilliantly organized, making the dining area efficient and stress-free despite the large number of guests. • Free self-service laundry: Multiple washing machines and dryers, along with complimentary detergent, are available for guests. This is an invaluable facility for travelers and deserves special praise. • Efficient and friendly staff: The reception and concierge teams are highly professional and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Mr. Moya, whose energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to guest satisfaction make him a tremendous asset to the hotel. What impressed us most was the hotel’s genuine effort to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. The management clearly understands hospitality and has created policies that put guest convenience first. For us, a 5-star rating is the only possible choice. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Beijing.
