Piao Home Inn Wangfujing

Average hotel with small rooms. We could not connect to wifi and when we asked the reception staff, they told us to read the instructions which we tried several times but in vain. But location is very good as it is only few minutes away from Wangfujing. The hotel smells a bit of toilet odour.

i staid one night.the most important thing is the location of hotel. poor internet quality.only 25kbs!!!! room clean but not very clean. not english at reception. its good for business staying at beijing. just 5 min walk to forbidden city and metro station

Positive points : 1) Cost effectiveness : 50€/night (Breakfast included); 2) Close to the forbidden city (200 m); 3) Day street market (50m) and "Donghuamen" night market (500m); 4) Tourist Information (reception) : possibility to book a tour (forbidden city, great wall, etc.); 5) Reception : Proactive personal speaking English Points to be improved : 1) state of cleanliness : rooms, bathroom and breakfast area; 2) Wifi connexion: to be improved. Things you have to be aware about : 1) Guests are mainly Chinese people (this imply to accept another way of behaving (eg : rough behaviour, tables not very clean, spitting at breakfast, etc.); 2) Breakfast : only Chinese food (rice soup, eggs, dumplings).
