My visit was in November 2009 really was a nice experience nice hotel vet cooperative staff food was very nice and good different varieties the location was amazing and near to stations and sightseeings

We really enjoyed our stay, such a lovely hotel, great staff, good location and a real haven away from the madness of Beijing. The hotel restaurant was really nice just pricey compared to local restaurants. A few really good cheap eats just outside the hotel like dumplings, bakeries and fruit shops but it is a bit far from any attractions...as in 30min walk to Forbidden city but we enjoyed the walk as we got to see more of the city.

This is s beautiful hotel. Traditional yet stylish and functional. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Beijing that is looking for something a little bit different. Very quiet and private.
