Beautiful sunrise view, hotel smelled so good and was beautiful. The robots brought out coffee and anything else we needed. Loved the entrance.

staff are Super caring. Clean, well designed, and location is covinient.

Room is bland and nothing Chinese about it at all. WiFi is non existent. Had to listen to the chap next door snore all night, paper thin walls. Doors banging all night too! Noise from the lift shaft was constant all day and night. Non even an automatic flush normally standard in other hotels. No gluten free 🆓 r milk alternatives. Just plain awful!
