This is a terrible place to stay. There is no front desk. It was difficult to find their office, as there are several family hotels sharing the same building. If you booked a pay-later voucher, remember to take the invoice with you! They don't have a record of any booking price. They overcharged us, and it took two days to get the refund. The WIFI and TV did not work for the 11 nights during our stay. They never fixed the problem, albeit we asked daily. The room was dirty. There was no proper room service. They never made the bed, changed the bed sheet, or cleaned the floor. The bed smells of cigarettes. There is no kitchenware at all. It is not worth the money.

My first impression was dismal. The check in office was disgustingly dirty and NO ONE spoke English. The entire time I was there, I could not find a staff member that spoke English. A little difficult, but I managed. The location is quite good. Many restaurants, shopping mall and two subway stations very nearby. Wifi was quite weak, but all in all, it was an ok stay.

First of all it is really difficult to find . the Expedia map has it in the wrong location. I have attached a photo of the business card. Basically if you get to the blue frog, look for a building site (only started so it is unlikely to be finished before winter 2016) and it's behind it. Great location though. The concierge speaks no English but is very friendly so we got by. You have to give a 300RMB deposit. Rooms are well-appointed - Siemens fridge, washing machine and comfy armchairs. However the apartments are in sore need of a deep cleaning e.g. toilet brush filthy, counters dusty. It's a pity as it has a few nice touches like 3 bottles of water every day.
