City Court Inn

We had a really nice time in beijing. The hotel is a 10 min walk from a metro station; imbeded in a traditional hutong. There are a lot of restaurants 7 min away. I saw big hotels in beijing, and i was glad I stayed in a more intimate place. Room was spacious, a bit dark, but sufficiently clean. The courtyard is a nice place to stop for a while, and the lady in the desk (mei I think) spoke great english and was super helpfull (even took us to the train station in her own car since she was passing by; very nice gesture). I recommend it.

We had only one request . . . . . that taxis came to the entrancé of the hotel (hutong hotel heavy working on the sand road at this time), we where promised this, several times, but the promis transformed to "best try". My problem is cancer and cancer treament that have destroyed lungs and hart, makes it hard to walk and if I walk my immunsystem goes to hell...... We loved the hotel, the personal, breakfest ok, (not more), possible to book flighttickets online, impossible to get the vouchers printed thou. . . . had to wait at airport anyway.....fix this problem with a printer ...... PLEASE.... More a owner problem, the Young people working at the hotel did allways their best, serious and interested, nevere left Your problem unatended

Very good location, family oriented hotel staff members. Peaceful place to rest, after your busy active days.. It is close distance to major Beijing attractions and subway. There are plenty of small inexpensive restaurants nearby, with delicious food. Restaurant personnel are friendly and helpful. Street are very safe during the day and night.
