My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the hospitality and service we received during our recent stay, specifically from your lounge staff, Alice Wang and Richard Yang. Alice was exceptional; she consistently ensured that freshly cooked vegetarian options were available for us. We were particularly touched one evening when we arrived back after 8:00 PM due to a road accident and heavy traffic. Despite the late hour, Alice organized freshly tossed vegetables and bread for us. After such a long, tiring day, this gesture really touched our hearts. Richard also stood out for his attentiveness, ensuring I had the opportunity to try the very best Chinese teas throughout our stay. His knowledge and hospitality made our evenings in the lounge a highlight of the trip. One Suggestion for Improvement: While the staff went above and beyond, we would suggest expanding the standard menu to include more strict vegetarian options (prepared without egg, meat, or fish). This would ensure that guests with these dietary requirements have a variety of choices readily available. Thank you to the entire lounge team for exceeding our expectations. We look forward to visiting again!

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel, part of a group china tour. The hotel is located in the business district so there isn't much going on in the area. There is a mall across the street. Unfortunately it is a high end mall so lots of high end expensive stores. Luckily in the basement level is a grocery store so you can purchase necessities for a reasonable price. You can even purchase meals and foodstuffs and alcohol. There are some eateries near the hotel. There is a nice exercise room in the hotel but unfortunately it was inundated with kids running around so I felt it too dangerous to use the exercise equipment. There is also a nice big pool but also had a lot of kids running around. The hotel probably needs to have someone in the pool/exercise room area to make sure that kids don't run rampant and the facilities are used properly and safely. We had the buffet breakfast included in our package. Unfortunately on 2 days there was no omelet chef available when the buffet opened so we were stuck with whatever was available for over a half an hour. The elderly omelet chef was available but he was too busy trying to set everything up and when he was near the omelet bar he was gruff and too busy to help customers for half an hour. On the other day of my stay that chef was off so the younger chefs were available when the buffet opened and they were very helpful making omelets for everyone. I would recommend the hotel get rid of the elderly omelet chef, he really made the meal unpleasant. Overall the hotel was nice and most of the staff were helpful and friendly. Just too bad that one bad chef made breakfast unpleasant.

Not as nice as it used to be to be, club floor food is lacking a western assortment and rooms are dated. If you are a westerner certainly do not pay for club level privileges, you will be disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel, probably better to stay at the nearby Ritz.
