Best Western Premier Fortune Fuzhou

First Taxi Driver get us to some hotel nearby, who is also Best Western, but not Premier. At first it looked better to me from the outside, but just shortly after i reliazed that Premier is just perfect. We stayed here two nights, staff don't know English very well but enough for the basic stuffs. Rooms are pretty big, clean and bathroom is perfect. Breakfast offer is good even for Westerns, so you will be satisfied with the offer. Most beautiful thing about this hotel is a small park infront, a lot of greenery and palms, just relaxing view. I will be back to this hotel for sure. If you like house music, there is a nice night club nearby called "T2" but the only issue with this club is that average customers have 18years.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city and the beds are good. I chose this hotel as it is near Train station. Unfortunately, the staffs are overworked. There are no concierge to help with bags, as i was travelling with my parents. The worst part is that they off the aircon to save electricity as the outside temperature is around 20-24 degree?!!! I have made a complain and they response coldly. After that they did on the aircon but off again early in the morning. I think only 1 star hotel will do such a thing, to save electricity.

I've stayed in this hotel in May 2017 while on business in Fuzhou. The hotel is located very conveniently in Fuzhou downtown. Rooms, comfort level and hotel restaurant were all okay but what actually made me remember my stay was the staff. Even after three months I remember the girl from the front desk - Sherry. She was very helpful, even when we couldn't pay for our dinner in a nearby restaurant, as it takes only payments with one of the many Chinese apps (no cash or credit cards), she offered to pay for us so we could have our dinner and then return the money in cash. Highly recommend.
