Location is far away from the tourist area so it is only suitable for connecting flight for the following day. Surrounding area u can find a local supermarket and affordable eating places. What I do not like about this hotel is the cleanliness. The housekeeping did not clean the floor at all. The hair was everywhere. So I can guess they will even change the bedsheet if you stay more than 1 night there.

This Jinjiang Inn is ideal if you need a stopover for a connecting flight the following day. The service is ok, and the rooms are standard to the other hotels in the chain of hotels. There aren't many eating options in the surrounding suburb - a few night stalls. But there is a good Muslim noodle restaurant metres from the front door (heading north). As of July 2014 - one way taxi fares to/from the airport were 13 Yuan. There seems to be a 3 Yuan airport surcharge on the taxi metre - It's inexpensive.

The jinjiang Inn hotel is really near the airport and free Wifi is available! There's quite a few food places around! It's a good place for a short stay or if you are passing by Xiamen to other parts of China!
