Navy Bay Resort - Xiamen

I recently booked their mini-room for 4 days, and the entire stay at the hotel (thankfully short) was horrific. The walls are paper thin, so prepare for nightly disturbances; the toilets leak and reek of sewage; the room wasn't cleaned daily and the so-called "skylight" is a small hole in the ceiling that is covered by a thick layer of dust that hasn't been cleaned in ages. Even for a Chinese 3 star hotel (and I have stayed at many), this is unacceptable. Besides that, the location is by the beach and it's easy to catch buses downtown. That's the only positive aspect.
