Grand Sun

The rooms on the upper floors are stylish, large and clean, the beds a little firm. The breakfast buffet is very varied and can satisfy a French (but only one coffee machine beans).

A very nice hotel including all amenities listed. Friendly staff and good service. Clean. Location is good with many small businesses nearby. There is a great supermarket in DunHuang but it’s very far from this location. Our stay was only for one night on our Silk Road tour.

The room allocated to me is decorated in a mix of Chinese and western style. Room is clean though might feel a little small for 2 persons. Breakfast is typical Chinese style - can get quite busy with tour groups. Overall, alright for me - room is clean, modern and fairly comfortable and attractive
