Joyc Hotel

On the surface the Joyc looks great. I like the rooms the floor plan and the decor but has a few issues that can be fixed Staff at front desk don't speak English Second it Needs better house keeping and cleaning. Last thing don't use the laundry - they destroyed my clothing. Really disappointed

Rooms were not too bad and quite big. Don't expect English speaking staff in the reception all the time. Saw that there was a gym, but turned out to bee a small room with a few weights. The biggest turndown, was when I left. I needed a taxi to the airport and they could offer me a "Hotel car" (Black Taxi) for 2½ times the rate I paid by meter. I'm getting cheated enough in China, don't need the hotel to help me with that.

Great hotel, fast internet. Would be nice if they replace the rugs with hard floor. Nice breakfast, included. Facing the sun the room is warm during the winter, but not facing the sun the room is cool.
