广交会期间住的，价格贵呀，498元。房间条件一般，倒是比较宽敞，楼下晨悦酒家的早茶也很不错。交通方面出行打车比较难，通常要等5分钟才有空车。周围植物绿化不错，空气清新。

位置在天河植物园对面。环境不是很好，房间也不很好，卫生也一般。装修方面很老气，房间设施老化。本来里面灯光就很暗淡，不够明亮。房间光亮一般，但宽敞度还可以。开房和退房效率很快，态度也可以。在马路边，不过隔音效果不错。周边是不怎么繁华的，交通一般，也不是非常便利。
