The hotel is very neat and clean. Rooms are spacious well lit and well equipped though my room( business twin) had no microwave. Smart toilet is a very novel idea! Complimentary breakfast is sumptuous and very wide spread with western dishes.Unlimited drinking water is provided I suddenly fell seriously ill and the entire hotel staff rose to occasion ! Very promptly doctor was called, ECG taken and ambulance called and i was shifted to a very modern well equipped hospital where i was attended to immediately ! A lady official named LAI JUANJUAN accompanied us and did everything needed to admit in the hospital. I am from India and the language problem is very acute as almost nobody understands or speaks english. Only google translator is the means of communication The lady just did an inhuman and incredible job to help us out( i was with my wife) Manager JIM also helped us a lot in many ways. All staffs of the hotel extended their helping hand in our crisis period. No word is enough for me to praise the selfless service provided by the hotel

The hotel was amazing and beautiful, the staff their was really great the rooms are big and spacious lighting was really good , specially washroom was clean and really spacious. Location was also good you have sports arena besides their where you can watch people playing and walking.

The double room was a good size, the decor was quite dated and slightly dusty but the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a varied spread, they had an omelette bar which I enjoyed. Unfortunately the buffet food was often slightly cold. The lifts were extremely slow during working hours, likely due to the offices on the upper floors. All the staff were very helpful and overall my stay here was comfortable.
