As a visitor of Canton exhibition, i was 4 nights in this hotel. Good Location, near to metro station , many shops around is only advantage of hotel. Surprised that room have not refrigerator . Reception can not speak English.Poor & simple breakfast .My room in 13th floor . No hot water for shower.For to get even warm water several minutes cold water must go waste until water getting warm . In boarding place from exhibition to hotel all free shuttle buses from other hotels offered free water , fruit , cookies to their passengers , but bus of this hotel even not offer water. In fact this hotel have not any symbol of 4 star .

I chose this hotel since it was close to the office I was suppose to work for a few days and due to its general location. My first unpleasant experience was that none of the personnel knew a word of English. Luckily I pre-installed paid VPN so I was able to use Google Translate. Then I was told that the breakfast I paid for is not being served due to the Chinese New Year. Then I got the room that was moldy, the walls and the carpets were reeking on mold, so I had my asthma attack. At 1 am I went to change the room, and they got me even worse one, where I couldn't sleep due to bad smell, mold, and traffic. The second day I asked for another room that was not covered in mold, and I got it, but the lock wasn't working, so I had to carry around all my valuables and hope that non of my clothes will be missing.The repairman came in the evening to fix the lock. Supposedly, the rooms are non-smoking, while an old Chinese guy in the room down the hall was smoking the entire night with his doors open and loud music on. I got the breakfast for the third day of my staying, but they changed the hours so I cannot make it since I have to work from 8 am. Even though its good location the rooms are very very bad. The Wi-Fi is accessible only if you have a Chinese phone number registered with your room. This is a hotel for people from China who don't mind the smell and of course can communicate with the personnel.

The free wi-fi is only for the people has Chinese mobile nr, without Chinese mobile nr, can't get a code to go on line :-( No breakfast during Chinese new year! Less tea bag provided and in door sleepers are much worse quality.
