Helenbergh International Mansion

Dreadful. Not at all as advertised. No internet, dirty, No English No western Food, Pool green, half empty, closed and user pays, No bar facilities,No Room service, self contained 2 bed studio had kitchen but no utensils or anything else, TV not working, fan and lights not working, Bed harder than concrete,we had to get Quilts off other beds to lay on top of mattress to even be able to lie down on it. Bath balanced on pile of old tiles. When requesting Gin and Tonic staff brought up a half used mini bottle of Gin and no idea of Tonic, Fried Rice order became French Fries ( the only western food) in a takeway container, dreadful food in breakfast room, cook dropped egglifter on filty floor picked it up and continued to cook with it! Complex is rundown and filthy.Health club facilites are just gross and you must pay to use. Booked for 1 week but checked out after 5 hrs. They wanted to charge whole week but agreed on just one nights rate but higher than quoted.Certainly not as advertised and not 2 star let alone 5. Avoid at all costs.
