距離地鐵站很近, 且地鐵站又剛好是兩個路線的轉乘站, 出入非常便利; 酒店周遭的餐飲店也很多, 生活機能相當好！酒店大堂雖然沒有富麗堂皇的氣勢, 但前台人員服務十分俐落迅速；房間環境沒有惱人的地毯, 走廊和房內的空氣都很通暢, 浴廁採用乾濕分離, 減少了潮濕悶臭感, 唯獨就是廁紙出奇的小卷, 也沒有供應面紙和包裝水, 有點可惜!

在广州市的闹市区，离区庄地铁站很近，地理位置十分好。但是酒店的设施十分老旧，房间多年未装修，只是简单的粉刷了一下，电器起码是十几年前的，浴室里更是惨不忍睹，锈迹很明显，热水的温度也不足。浴巾毛巾很旧，甚至都洗破了。价格也不便宜，约180元，比周围的偏高。一句话：闹市区里的高价招待所。

酒店装修比较旧了，房间也破旧，服务人员态度一般，工作伙伴定的。位置倒是方便，在黄花岗附近，到环市路很近，外面餐馆挺多，吃饭方便。
