Shangri-La Guangzhou (Deluxe)

This time I brought my little friend to Guangzhou for the exam, and when Checkin met a lot of "acquaintances" to greet me. The experience of staying at Shangri-La in Guangzhou has been great in the past, and this time it's the same. This time I came to find that the elevator equipment has also been upgraded, from the original plug-in card upgrade to swipe card type, much more convenient. Upon check-in, the floor staff brought me black tea and chrysanthemum tea, and they all remember that I only drink these two teas (stomach chill not green tea), which was very moving. There was a feeling of being looked after by family. Still the favorite vegetable garden in Shangri-La's downstairs yard in Guangzhou, it thrived. thank you very much to my friend here, and my bon pals who don't know their name but remember me silently. Thanks for having you guys.

Great, good service, spacious room, fitness centre with sauna free to use, first floor lobby bar and first floor pavilion coffee experience with friends is nice!!

I stayed at the Shangri-La Guangzhou for three wonderful nights from April 22nd to April 25th, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The experience was nothing short of amazing, largely thanks to the incredible team who made me feel so welcome. From the moment I arrived, every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property and the local area. But I owe a special and heartfelt thank you to Suchitra Magar at the Wok Too Café restaurant. Every morning during breakfast, Suchitra was there with a warm, genuine smile while serving the guests. Her energy and positivity were infectious, and her incredible support and attentiveness made starting my day such a joy. She is a true asset to the Shangri-La family. I also want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team for making my birthday so special and truly memorable. The little touches and genuine care did not go unnoticed and made my celebration feel unique. I am already looking forward to my next stay at the Shangri-La Guangzhou.
