Xingyi International Hotel Hopson Plaza

I was notified of early move in from 11 am onwards, but the staff suddenly said there was a tenant still staying and then said there was a 15 percent service charges which was not stated as in the booking statement. The room was worn down, the shower gel box not fixed and fell all over the floor, the room is not fully cleaned, stained and the mattress made my skin itchy. Worst still, I was changing my clothes and two guy suddenly came to my room with the access cards, the guys were early tenants who still having the access card, when I feedback to the lady staff, she was fierce and even wanted take my photo and grasp my arm and post online.what is this?worst hotel in my life, please avoid this place for god sake.considering making police report if not refund is made to me.

Stay away from here. You have a kitchen, but no appliances. You have cupboards but no cutlery or plates. You have beds but no mattresses. You are a 30 min drive to the Canton fair using a DD (Chinese version of UBER) I honestly cannot recommend highly enough that you exhaust all options before considering this place. I'm struggling to think of a tougher bed I've ever had the displeasure of sleeping on. I can not emphasise how much of an error it was for me to stay here, instead of a hotel. I won't be doing that again. Oh and a tip if you visit the Canton Fair; it closes at five, so be well clear of the site before 16:00 or it will take you hours to get a cab. You have been warned.

Staff don't speak English,i was the one to guide them.:) was fun.Very Small room for a Single Room.Internet Very Slow and old Hotel ,not that clean, the good thing is close to Metro and Mac Donald's ,for those who can't eat Chinese food
