The hotel is well located in an ulu district; approx 1.5hours from the airport and a 20mins walk to 员岗 MTR. The pros of its location is that there's eateries, 7-11 and a supermarket near the hotel. CROs aren't that friendly to queries and providing information, brushing us of with 'few words' answers. We were there to attend the Canton Fair - we were left stranded at the roadside for 30mins because they changed the pickup location without any notice to the guests. A kind staff of another hotel, who was there to fetch her guests, assisted us to contact the hotel to check, before advising that we wait for awhile more or arrange an alternative. We took a cab back to the hotel in the end. Should we consider to stay here again, it will be for the quiet environment. A good place to relax and chill in the comfortable hotel room, away from the busy cities.

We booked it as it was convenient positioned to get to some customers. It’s in a quite street. It is a typical local hotel. Rooms are OK. Pillows are humongous, bathroom in order, all Ok. However few speak English or any other foreign useful language. Breakfast is typical Chinese, so If you like a different breakfast, do not book this hotel. Even a glass of milk is difficult to get. Price is low, but this is a hotel which will be outcompeted after they finish the new hotel 10’ drive away. I will not book it again. However if you want to experience typical Chinese hotel this is it. Remember, the area is boring.

The hotel is decent. No pool or gym. The rooms need some maintenance, dirty carpets, A/C maintenance. They get an extra star because the included breakfast bar is very good at the restaurant in the lobby. Nobody in the hotel spoke English, so use the google translate app which does work here.
