Super helpful concierge. Peter zhou was amazing. He not only helped me with all my taobao order (all 22 packages) and he even advise me where to go for a local morning experience. During my check out he advised me on how to get to my next destination so that I didn't have to go around and waste double the time.... Really grateful to him. His colleague ruby was very nice too. When I couldn't find my package she helped me keep a lookout for it. This hotel is clean and near shopping and food. Very convenient. Highly recommended and I will definitely stay here again when I am back to my ancestral home.

The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is big and water pressure is good. Location is convenient and near to the food street. Staff are helpful and courteous. The food delivery robot makes order food delivery easy. Breakfast is average with both Chinese and western choices.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel when on business in Shantou. I was in a Deluxe Double Room on a reasonably high floor which had a view. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and functional. The AC in the room worked well which was good as it was hot in Shantou in August. If you don't mind a walk you can walk the 3.5Km from the Hotel to the old Stone Fort, which I did twice. It is perfectly safe walking around and a great way to mix with the locals. I did not eat the hotel breakfast so I can't comment but I did take a look and it looked 'okay' but nothing special. I paid £95 per night for the room, including taxes, via Expedia.
