大手不動産業者が経営しており、ハード面では特に不満無いです。地方都市ということもあり、１万円も出せばスイートルームに宿泊できます。普通の部屋でも、広め（45m2くらい）です。プールあるようですが、利用しませんでした。ジムはお飾りレベルでちょっと残念。朝食は可もなく不可もなく。繁華街から離れてはいますが、近くにはローカルチェーンのコンビニやスーパーがいくつかありました。
