服务太差了，有什么事情的话叫服务人员得半天，差不多半个小时之后才能来，就是距离我们这近，所以位置挺好。房间空间面积可以，就是有的时候没有洗澡的热水，一直开都没有。整体的卫生还可以。房间的设施蛮好，电视是液晶的，隔音效果还可以，挺安静的，住的还挺舒服。

是香港的酒店管理公司来经营的，各方面都比较到位。服务比较人性化，可以车接车送客户，可以电话预约，退房时间比较宽松，可以下午三点钟退房，整体给人的感觉很舒服。这的早餐是自助餐，而且种类非常丰富，有粤菜，有北方的面点，还有东南亚的美食，这些都有。酒店是在最好的位置，是在最繁华的地方。

房间感觉还可以，有电视，热水机，整体的房间是有些黄色的，设施也蛮干净的。外表环境还可以，感觉他们外面装修部分看起来都还舒服！酒店旁边有天龙大道和帝龙城，是一些娱乐场所，唱歌蹦迪跳舞都有！
