H Life Hotel

This hotel seems ok, clean, spacious rooms, ok (chinese) breakfast etc, but it has huge problems with the sound proofing. I could hear my neighbors having sex, i could hear every single person on the corridor, different sounds during the while night (of cleaning, people returning late, water running through the pipes, neighbors left/right/above/below showering, outdoor noise etc). If you’re a light sleeper: avoid this one!

This place is located around the OCT Loft area. Which is nice place to grab food and chill in the evening. With a few restaurants at 2 mins walking distance. Next to hotel there also a supermarket which was helpful for me to grab some chips and biscuits(as I didn't like the Chinese breakfast at all) The staff is really helpful l. Though i had problem understanding mandrin and staff speaking English. They still managed to help me out every time with all the possible ways by using online translator. Rooms are average size but really comfortable for short stay or budget travellers. I was solo traveller I had trouble booking taxi but not and issue in used mobobike(cycle ride) and it was fun. My agenda was to visit conference at OcT harbour which was just15mins walk and 5mins drive. I would recommend this place for a short stay.

This hotel is stylish, clean, well priced, has a decent location. Staff are polite and speak English. Breakfast is very Chinese. Could have more fruit and coffee. Apart from that its the best hotel for the money that i have stayed in when in Shenzhen and ive stayed in most hotels in Shenzhen. Would highly recommend.
