I booked this hotel 3months before, and i called 2 weeks before the departure time tO arrange the pick up transport for 14 people since we would arrive at 10pm. However this property cancelled the reservation 1 day before our arrival and the excuse was the property under renovation. Such unprofessional and would not recommend at all.
