Sanitation was particularly well done, the rooms were spacious and bright, toiletries were complete, hot water and internet speed were great. Yoyo's attitude is gentle, can help solve the demand in time, surrounding eating and shopping is also convenient, the overall experience exceeded expectations, worthy of five-star praise.

We traveled to Shenzhen hoping for a relaxing hotel stay, but unfortunately, we left disappointed. From the start, the service was lacking; we felt poorly treated, and our rooms were surprisingly stripped of basic amenities.While the staff made an effort, the communication gap was severe. We experienced multiple difficult "lost in translation" situations that made getting simple things done a challenge. The general food was only average, though I will say the breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise—both good and varied. I also want to give a special shoutout to the staff at Kids Utopia, who were wonderfully kind and helpful to our family.Unfortunately, the real dealbreaker was the pool. We were hit with an unexpected pool closure which was a massive downer for all of us. When you book a hotel like this, you expect to use the facilities. Without the pool, I cannot recommend this hotel and don't believe it is worth the stay.

This hotel had everything we needed for a family getaway from Hong Kong. Once you enter you will be served (make sure you have some Chinese Language skills). Staff try to help as best as possible but assume you cannot speak the language if you don't look the part. Check in was smooth and easy (early also). Once we had the room key were off to the room, which was a great deal better than I expected. The size and quality of the furniture and upholstery were great. With a family sized bathtub I was already happy to stay. The Kids Utopia is decent but left some desire for extensive play but there was a tutorial for Play-Doh shaping. Let's be clear, because of the indoor and outdoor pool, child activity pool, and beach area there is plenty of Kids entertainment. I tried to get a seat in the restaurant for dinner (a la carte menu) but was told the wait was 45 minutes at 6pm (not guaranteed, would not call my room to let me know there was availablity) so opted for room service. Room service took 45 minutes and the food was so so. I would be willing to stay here again.
