Excellent by all means. Clean, comfy, newish, and good location. Staff at reception were super helpful and friendly.

We had an excellent stay and time at this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Bella and Lynn. The room was large, comfortable, and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We a wonderful experience for one night stay on the way to Hong Kong. The room service on the 20th floor was polite and tentative. We decided to stay two nights back from Hong Kong. Unfortunately my wife feel ill and we have to extend our stay extra two nights. The manager arranged staff to escort us to the hospital. The young man known as Zoke was exceptionally polite and patient, he took care of all initiatives with paper which made us feel comfortable. We stayed room 2018 would like thanks the all the staffs took care us. We will stay here again.
