Marco Polo Shenzhen Hotel

The hotel is located very close to many eating places and also 2 upmarket shopping malls in Futian District. However the overall experience at the hotel is only above average for several reasons: 1. The hotel is overall rather dated though it is clean. 2. I do not like the fact that at the breakfast cafe which is usually crowded during my stay, staff were literally using walkie talkie to communicate and the volume is rather loud. 3. In the morning , constructions are ongoing at the gym which makes it also rather noisy. 4. Storage space for luggage is almost non existent as it does not come with portable rack. 5. Even though it is non smoking , you can always smell cigarette along the walkway. Overall the hotel is well located and this to me is the largest attraction for this hotel.

Beautiful business hotel in the business district of Shenzhen. Great location near Futian high speed station and metro lines 11, 5 & 3. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast is expensive for what you get. Our bed mattress was more harder than I prefer as a Westerner. Staff was very nice and helpful.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in your esteemed hotel recently. We wish to thank in particular, Joy who provided us with excellent service during our stay. She checked us in and checked us out for this stay. We also got opportunities to chat with her to learn more about your hotel facilities during our stay. Other front office staff who were friendly and helpful to us included Suuvy, Kitty and Jasmine. We enjoyed the good spread of buffet breakfast, and especially wish to thank Jane and Shirley who were very experienced, friendly, and helpful. It was a joy to see them each morning which brighten the start of our day in Shenzhen. We look forward to stay in your hotel again when we are next in Shenzhen.
