Shenzhen has a lot of hotels but we were booked in this one because it was close to the venue we were going to. The carpets and floor are not clean. There is mold in the shower and it is not clear how often the room is really cleaned. The restaurant did provide an excellent breakfast and ala carte menu for other meals though their interpretation of western food requires imagination. Amenities are provided. The biggest problem is that there is no way to control the heat and AC when you visit in March. On hot days, the heat is still heating the room. We spent five days with our window open as wide as we could get it to provide some cool air. No AC in March. Although the hotel claims to have WiFi, the signal is so weak, it rarely works. There is also wifi in the lobby that works a bit better. No English is spoken by any of the employees - Brush up on your Chinese if you intend to stay here.

This is a very good hotel to stay if you are looking for a convenient business hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and they serve an excellent breakfast. The hotel has a large lobby area where you could meet your suppliers.

The hotel staff poorly speaks any English. We were in a group of three, each one with own room, but all of them were very smelly and uncleaned. I am definitely not coming back to this hotel. The breakfast options were also very poor with not much to offer.
