South China Harbour View Hotel

The hotel is old and oudated. Linens and towels are old too but they are clean. Staff does not speak any English but they are very nice. Hotel conviniently located in Nanshn and most taxi drivers know exactly where it is.

Location is excellent and the rooms are ok. A little worn but clean ad no bad smells. Breakfast was horrible. Crowded, no free tables, no clean cups, no clean bowls, no clean utensils. No water in coffee machine when coffee cups finally show up, then no milk in the coffee machine. But they did have a Jura espresso machine so if stocked and not overcrowded it would probably be a much nicer experience. Seems like the staff just waited for breakfast to close instead of restocking (I was there 30 minutes before closing). Also, choice of cereal was popcorn and cocoa puffs served with hot milk.

This hotel already old, and we cannot expected more services in English. Most of the staffs can speak very little English. The room is average. As many Hotel in China, they provided good breakfast with many choices of food.
