The V Hotel Of Wongtee Shenzhen

Very well located and also super modern. The accommodation in the room is good and it is very clean. The breakfast has a lot of variety and abundance. Few attendants speak English. The wolf is on the 26th floor, which is also the restaurant. It has a gym and massage service.

My first time visit to Shenzhen and got a chance to stay in this Wongtee V Hotel for business trip, the hotel located in the heart of CBD Futian area, just opposite the Shenzhen expo and exhibition center, which also walking distance to Wongtee Plaza and Excellence INTOWN Shopping Centre. Reception check in counter is on 26th floor which same floor with the V cafe for breakfast, Hotel staffs are attentive and friendly, room are spacious, cleanliness still need to improve. Hotel breakfast lot of choices and not bad at all. This is a experienced and impressive trip to me for Shenzhen

I stayed at the Wongtee V Hotel on two different occasions, each for several days on business, in November 2019. The rooms I was assigned were both very spacious with great views, more akin to nicely laid out apartments rather than typical hotel rooms. The hotel is across the street from the convention center, so if you have business there, the location is incredibly convenient. Otherwise, you are in walking distance of several towers in a central business district. There are plenty of dining options available nearby, at the malls above ground (including one next door) and the huge one underground connecting the various office buildings in the area. Breakfast buffet was good, though the hotel needs to make a bit more of an effort to provide protein options besides one choice of eggs and bacon or sausage. The options were one carbohydrate choice after another (dim sum, noodles, fruit, pastries, rice, cereal, congee). The gym at the Wongtee was excellent with both cardio and weights (though I wished they would turn the volume down on some of the TVs). I didn't try the pool though it looked very clean and of good size. As some have mentioned, the front desk isn't staffed with fluent English speakers, but I commend the team for calling someone over who could help or being sufficiently patient in working through the language barrier. Overall, if you have business in the area, I would rank this as a very solid or top choice, particularly if there is a price savings versus some of the American-owned hotels located nearby.
