Victor Hotel

Probably one of the worst hotels in China that I have stayed in. I arrived late and the staff did not speak English at all. The hotel seems to focus all of its efforts on its massage parlor and not the rest of the hotel. The rooms were dirty and the bathroom moldy. Breakfast was atrocious with no coffee or tea available. The waiters were dirty and wearing shirts that looked as though they had not been washed for weeks.

Staff was fine. Checkin was fine. Room was hot and the all you get to cool down your room is a fan switch with high/med/low. There is no AC temperature adjuster. Once entering the room, and the lights turn on, all of the cock roaches starts fleeing. Smashed about 6-7 in the bathroom. The security box was hard to use. It kept on locking itself without any code input. Gave up after two tries.
