The room carpet has diffuse lost woman hairs on the surface and doesn't look clean. The same thing in the bathroom where on the floor I found hairs . The hotel star rating classification is not the Customer expectations. There is not frigobar and the wifi connection works very slow and is difficult to work properly .

Hotel is very clean and comfortable, with ample space in the room. Cleaning staff does very good job in maintaining the cleanliness of the room. Location is good too as there are shops nearby for shopping and basic necessities. Would highly recommend for business travelers.

I wrote a special request for a non smoking room at the reservation but a smoking room was allocated unfortunately. I tried to change it to a non smoking one, but they said all full and could not be changed. The facility and cleanness is just okay but some may not be satisfied if you are highly conscious about that. The front desk is not such friendly and I don't believe they do a good English. The location is 10 -15 minutes walk from Huaqianglu station, so you may want to catch a cab instead.
