The Kingbird is a very convenient and modern hotel and a central location. Not far from Macau. It is, like many modern Chinese hotels today, a high quality decorated place with impressive dimensions. There is a great bar downstairs and the rooms are deluxe and very clean. I would stay there again.

The hotel has a very good location with a wide view on the sea and on Macao. You enter through an impressive reception hall, the public areas are all in grand hotel style. The service is attentive and competent, you get a very good price for the performance offered. The room where I stayed on the fifth floor was very agreeable, not very big, but with a freestanding desk and agreeable furniture. The bathroom was elegant, shower and bathtub were separate. The air conditioning was working perfectly; this point is worth mentioning, because during my last stays in Zhuhai the hotels always had some problems with temperature control. In summertime, the highly rated Grand Bayview Hotel locks the temperature at 24 centigrade, definitely too hot for a sleeping room. In winter, the Nanyang Seascape hotel blocks the heating function of the air conditioning. So it is nice to know that in this hotel the air conditioning works just as you might expect. At breakfast time you have a very wide choice of Chinese foods. There is less of a choice of Western foods, but you certainly get fried eggs, sausage, cereals and the like. All in all, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel, nothing to criticize, and will certainly come back.

Nice hotel, clean, good food even if a little too Chinese. Very few staff speaks English and not so good. Good location, in front of the sea and near Macao. Room very big and clean. Reasonable price compare to quality hotel. Hotel carino, pulito, cibo discreto anche se forse troppo cinese. Poche persone dello staff parlano inglese, e anche non benissimo. Buona posizione, di fronte al mare e vicino a Macao. Stanze ampie e pulite. Rapporto qualità prezzo ragionevole.
