Kempinski Hotel Boao Hainan

This resort is managed by Kempinski but the the hotel is not up to the standard of European Kempinski's. When I walked into my room, I found the bathroom was dirty and after requesting a change I was given a new room. The new room had no hot water and even after two days, the problem was not fixed. Finishings in the villas are shaby with few decorations. It feels more like staying in a semi-furnished appartment than staying in a hotel. The restaurant food quality was very poor with few choices and very poor decor and atmosphere.
