Regrettably, this hotel stay does not meet the stated 5-star level. I want to highlight the key flaws that have seriously damaged the impression: 1. Uncomfortable sleep: The mattresses in the room are so hard that it is almost impossible to sleep. For a hotel of this class, it's an unforgivable misstep. We were given two blankets to soften up after we asked. They have no other mattresses. 2. The all-for-money policy: no basic cutlery in the room (forks, spoons, knife) is nonsense. Providing them for a fee looks like a petty saving unworthy of a five-star hotel. 3. Condition of the room and bathroom: the room opens tightly a balcony door - you have to make efforts to get out into the air. And in the bathroom, the curtain is in terrible condition: all dead, dirty, with some stale, smelly smell. Fleas crawl everywhere. No mirrors. Only there's one small mirror in the bathroom, and I have poor eyesight, a mirror far away for me. The sockets are loose - don't expect to charge your phone. Plus there are midges crawling in the room - unsanitary conditions are total. 4. The dining room / “restaurant” is a nightmare: the very environment in the breakfast room is unpleasant and uncomfortable. Cutlery (spoons, forks) that don't even sit on shared tables, and you need to find them and take them -dirty - with divorces and sticky, take them in your hands nasty. The food leaves a lot to be desired: the choice of dishes is scarce to the point of disgrace. Total absence of cheese, normal meat products (meat, sausages). The coffee machine is a separate conversation - the coffee machine does not give out espresso, latte, Flat White, but some incomprehensible, sweet, tasteless drink with sugar that is impossible to drink. For my diabetic friend, it was critical, since pure black coffee without sugar is simply not here. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel claiming luxury status. 5. Beach: none of its own. Community only. Swimming is allowed only in the fenced “corral” and not on the high seas. In addition, work is limited until 6:00 p.m., which prevents you from enjoying the evening sea. Plus, there's no changing places and no toilets. I have a question-- where do people want to go to the bathroom? At sea? If you want to wash your feet after the sea - please 2 baths across the alipeus. 6. Infrastructure: A separate shame is the old, time-shabby reception in both buildings, which looks like a cheap 90s hotel. But the worst part is that there is no air conditioning in the lobby and in the elevators. In this heat, it's just unbearable to be in public areas, there's nothing to breathe. That's not normal for a declared five stars. The plus side? Pool till 10 p.m. Expected a completely different level of service for that price. Highly discouraged. What a shame!! Maximum lousy three. Rest is totally ruined.

Made me cry from the start. Breakfast and early pick-up were paid for, and I'm told nothing is paid for, even though it's all printed in a voucher. Breakfast was a day later, as there was nothing but eggs and noodles, all inedible. The rooms are fine, but the dryer has rust stains on my clothes, and I'll get home and do the laundry. The hotel is a long way from the beach, walking down a dirty stinking street filled with cars. The hotel isn't 5 stars (we lived in a new building of 5 stars) and 4 3 stars is fine. Check-out was early, lunch boxing was not allowed instead of breakfast. In general, very unhospitable. It is not recommended to visit.
