5 stars facilities with very relaxing landscapes and good vibes all over. Beautiful and very clean hotel right along the river. Breakfast was one of the best with very good spread and daily changes of certain items. Service is excellent throughout. Staff are very friendly, and helpful. Molly, duty manager, deserves special mention for being very efficient, proactive, and going the extra mile to assist customers. My wife had a neck sprain and Molly was very resourceful and kind to help her get some remedy online and delivered to our room. She spoke good English together with the other duty managers and the conscierge who booked our taxi to airport. Housekeeping staff too were nice and efficient. All the good points are results of good training, good teamwork, and the great examples set by management down the line. My wife and l truly enjoyed our 5 days stay in this lovely and outstanding hotel. Kudos to all!

My wife booked this hotel based on the pictures. We arrived and to get to the huge entrance is up a long winding road which is covered with trees and when you enter this vast reception it just is enormous. Unbeknownst to me that the theme is horse and this club certainly means business there are horse statues all over place. The endless corridors and it host high ceilings and plush gardens it even has a little zoo you can visit. The rooms are lovely and warm and massive. The long corridors are just great to walk and discover new places in the vast hotel area. I liked the little zoo and the tea shop, but this is no ordinary tea shop it has hundreds of different types of tea and tea drinking and msking utensils. Just visit if you can its fasinating place.

Driving into the place the hotel looks impressive, but scratch the surface and you see the hotel isn’t loved or finished properly, no one speaks English, the meals are completely awful and getting a drink is almost impossible. The room service is also below standard. A hamburger was more like a little slider and the bun was Asian bread - more like cake. Room keeping is very slack, and I wouldn’t want to have the runs because they only provide rooms with the smallest amount of toilet paper. That said, I know the staff try their best. Management really need to lift their game if they want to remain in business. The gardens are beautiful. Stunning. It’s a shame they don’t take as much pride with their rooms and customer service. I’ve been here a week and am leaving tomorrow. When I return I will be staying at a different hotel. This was dreadful.
