Excellent family-run beachfront hotel. Really enjoyed the breakfasts, varied, delicious. Once tried a barbecue dinner on the beach, a huge selection of seafood that you cook yourself in a pot on the table. The views are gorgeous, the pools are super, the huge selection, with sand generally high, really, tire the crowds of Chinese who come just to take a picture on this sand. In general, holidays in this bay are mainly for relaxation, go somewhere special and nowhere, only by taxi to the city, where everything is much cheaper, or nearby there are outlets, but there too prices are not very different from the city. Were with a child of 1.5 years, for him there is a children's room with slides and outside fountains, but for some reason they are not in demand and there is usually no one there, the clown at the reception at about 1 p.m. (we usually slept at that time). This is the end of the entertainment, there is no children's menu anywhere, but at breakfasts there was enough to feed (yogurt, scramble, eggs, vegetables, rice ) . Would we go to this hotel again? I'm not sure they would have chosen something newer, fresher, but the rest itself left only positive impressions and emotions.

This hotel is all about a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The territory is very green and spacious, which makes it feel peaceful even when there are many guests. We loved having so many pools to choose from — especially the white sand pool, which is very красивый and perfect for photos. A special moment was the afternoon tea served in the room — a small detail, but beautifully presented. In the evenings, there are plenty of dining options depending on your mood — from seafood dinners to Chinese cuisine, or simply relaxing at the pool bar with live music. The beach in Yalong Bay is beautiful, with clear water, and our kids didn’t want to leave it. A great option for a calm and comfortable stay.

The hotel’s facilities feel very dated and no longer reflect a true five-star standard, while the service is closer to a three-star experience. As a gold member, I was disappointed that no early check-in, room upgrade, or breakfast benefit was offered. What was more frustrating was that even the standard check-in time wasn’t met — at 3:30pm, our room was still not ready and undergoing cleaning. This set a poor tone for the stay from the start. Amenities are also quite limited. There is only one bar in the hotel, and it only opens from 6pm, so there are no options for a drink earlier in the day unless you leave the property. To make matters worse, we encountered a maintenance issue in the middle of the night — our toilet became blocked at around 1am, and we had to resolve it ourselves. Overall, this stay was disappointing, especially considering the expectations tied to both the hotel’s rating and loyalty status. I would not recommend this hotel.
