Narada Resort & Spa Qixian Mount

We were in March 25. Situated in the hills of the jungle, at the foot of the Seven Fairies mountain range. We're thrilled! We drove because of the hot springs, and we got real five stars. The food is delicious and immediately normalized digestion. Very clean, cleaning every day. The staff handles everything quickly. There's an administrator girl who speaks good Russian. Name's Tin Tin (you have to pronounce it quickly as if there's a hyphen). I read online reviews that the hotel is driven in electric cars for money, coffee in the morning is cold and dirty everywhere. Lies!!! Those scribes weren't there.

We stayed in Villa 8 for 3 nights. Villa 9 is highly recommended because of it's view. THE HOTEL: 3/5 (Location is a 5/5) The location of the hotel is stunning. The Zen vibes of being on top of a mountain is so relaxing. Unfortunately, it is NOT well maintained...it's a bit dingy for a five star hotel. It's a massive area, so I kind of understand. But, I hope, that efforts will be made to better maintain the hotel. THE ROOM: 4/5 Needs a little work. There are details that should be fixed. But, other than that, it is nice and comfortable. THE STAFF: 5/5 They are delightful! Many thanks to Ms. Xiao Fang, for the assistance, even before we arrived at the hotel. Also, big thanks to Mr. Huang for being so patient and understanding, even though we can't speak chinese. ...the trainee, Miss Rain, very nice and friendly and every one else at the restaurant. Every staff is very accommodating. They made our holiday wonderful and convenient. This hotel is very lucky to have these hard working people.

We were so excited to stay here. It was beautiful. Our room was lovely. And that's where it ends. The service we got was beyond poor. It was horrible. One night we ordered food and it never arrived even though we called twice and walked to reception for help. Horrific. We decided to leave early. Best decision we made. We've been in China for years and this is the ONLY place that made us feel unwelcome. I would not return or recommend.
