We liked the hotel a lot, the first time we stayed there in October 2024. And this time, when they decided to rest again on Hainan Island, they didn't hesitate to choose Intime. The hotel has an ideal location and an undeniable plus, having its own sunbeds and umbrellas. The room is clean spacious with beautiful sea views, cleaning every day, linen and towels clean new, water supply was replenished regularly. For breakfast, every day practically the same set of dishes, but they are enough and for every taste, we really liked the breakfasts and in two weeks nothing bored. When we gather on Hainan Island for the third time, we will definitely stay at this hotel. I want to express my great gratitude for the wonderful holiday!

During our holiday at the InTime Sanya Hotel, we encountered a number of serious flaws that significantly spoiled the vacation experience. The hotel rooms are outdated and long in need of renovation. The equipment and interior do not meet the expectations of the hotel at this level. Breakfasts are generally good and quite delicious, but the range of dishes hardly changes from day to day, making the meals uniform. The dinners were particularly disappointing. The quality of the meals prepared was extremely poor, the food was often tacky and did not meet the stated level of the hotel. It seemed that dinners were prepared by completely different chefs. In addition, some staff members allowed loud conversations and inappropriate behaviour in the presence of guests, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Due to the poor quality of the dinners, we were forced to cancel further visits to the hotel restaurant and asked for a refund for the unused dinners. However, the hotel refused to consider the matter and did not propose a solution. Unfortunately, the shortcomings listed have significantly ruined our holiday. We hope that the hotel management will pay attention to these comments, improve the quality of meals, the level of service and update the room stock.

The hotel itself is an old sanatorium, which is long overdue for at least a cosmetic renovation. This applies to the rooms themselves, as well as corridors, stairs, doors, etc. Lived in building C on the 4th floor (room number I don't remember, 407 or 411 seems). The room itself is small. There's no balcony. When you put in a laundry dryer, it's even just the two of you. Specially booked and paid extra for the sea view, in fact you can see it, but at an angle through closed windows, which are always in condensation, but worse - they are all dirty, in some hair and haven't washed as if for several years. Only one window can be opened, very inconveniently located in the corner of the room, and it does not open up completely. No good. The room is literally dated. The plastic air-conditioning cover falls off over your head as you walk in. It didn't work properly itself, no matter what temperature you set on the control panel, it always blows cold. Without him, it's hot, it's cold. To regulate the flow of air, you need to climb up and manually twist the plastic guides, which are all in terrible dirt and not really adjustable. All the furniture is old wooden, the frames for mirrors are also wooden, everywhere the paint exfoliates, and everywhere the dust : on baseboards , windows, etc. Mirrors are dirty. It's all crooked. The table is scratchy. Holes are burned in the seat of the chair. The bedside locker hinges are wobbly, almost falling off, holding up miraculously. The plumbing is old, renovated outside into the open. The bathroom sealant is either dirty all over or mold is black everywhere. In a hotel, paint falls off everywhere on the stairs. Doorknobs loose, rubber sealer dull off. Old rusty air conditioning units outside. At one exit, the floor has all the tiles cracked, broken, sprouting grass. When they went downstairs to the conf room to meet the guide, there is a bucket in the middle of the stairs into which water drips from above. Cherry on the cake - a huge piece of plaster fell off the ceiling at the reception in front of us. All of the above have photos and videos. When we chose our tickets we had a choice between this hotel 5 and leasing 4. This hotel was more expensive and plus we paid extra for the sea view. In the end, we were very disappointed and the next day we were moved to Licking 4. There's no question about that hotel, good four. Before moving to another hotel, the staff insisted on changing rooms first, we were escorted to another building and a floor higher, where we found the EXACT same room one-to-one. Only there was no burnt hole in the chair. So the feeling that we just had bad luck with the number is falling away. We checked in on 24.05.2026, had to stay there until 4.06.2026, in fact the next day we moved. don't believe the photos on the sites, they are heavily Photoshopped. I think that positive reviews are written by people who don't care where to stay, who are used to Soviet sanatoriums, and who go for the convenient location of the hotel, the availability of 3 swimming pools, a large area and some pseudo medical services. But when you pay normal money and the hotel claims to be five stars... there's nothing to talk about.
