Sanya Royal Garden Resort

Awesome spacious infinity pool as depicted in the pics. It's not crowded and they gave me a free upgrade to balcony room. 10mins walk up a gentle slope to the entrance of Luhuitou park which is currently free to enter :) However, do note there is almost nothing to eat near the hotel as it's located halfway up the peak :/ but there are some food outlets and a lawson supermarket at luhuitou entrance.

The room was adequate, the staff were very courteous but only 1 receptionst able to speak English. The Wi-Fi was terrible. I spent a total of 5 hours with staff trying to sort out coverage. Different parts of hotel was unable to receive wi-fi. If I return to Sanya I would book a hotel nearer to downtown.

We had a great stay here. The Eternity Pool was wonderful. Beautiful views. Beautiful landscaping. Courteous staff. Close to the beaches and downtown Sanya (10 minute walk). They made us feel important. Don't expect to hear much English in Sanya, but you may hear Russian... this is a popular Russian tourist destination.
